01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on 1kgame or accesses any part of the platform, whether or not a registered account exists.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1kgame platform, creating an account, or using any service provided by 1kgame, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 03 Eligibility

04 Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on 1kgame, you must create a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: You may hold only one registered account on 1kgame. Creating or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

1kgame reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without providing a reason.

05 KYC Identity Verification

All 1kgame players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal of funds is permitted. This process is standard practice across licensed gaming platforms and is required for anti-money laundering compliance and age verification purposes.

The following documents are required for standard 1kgame KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) showing your full name, date of birth and photograph. The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address, dated within the preceding three months.

06 Deposits

1kgame accepts deposits through a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). The minimum deposit is Rs 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

The following conditions apply to all 1kgame deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 1kgame does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person or from anonymous payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your 1kgame account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
• 1kgame does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 1kgame accepts no liability.
• 1kgame does not accept deposits from credit facilities or borrowed funds. Players are expected to deposit only funds they own and can afford to lose.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify 1kgame support immediately. Playing with erroneously credited funds is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from a 1kgame account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request is processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit where practicable. 1kgame reserves the right to require this as an anti-fraud measure.

• If any withdrawal request is flagged for additional review under our anti-money laundering procedures, we may temporarily hold the request pending further documentation. 1kgame will notify you of any such review via your registered contact details.
• 1kgame reserves the right to void any withdrawal and reverse funds to a player's account balance if the funds are later found to have been generated through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any violation of these Terms.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

• All bonus offers are subject to the individual promotion's specific terms, which are published before the offer is activated. Players must read and accept these specific terms before claiming any bonus.

• Each 1kgame account is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer only once. Multiple accounts created to obtain repeat welcome bonuses constitute a breach of these Terms.
• 1kgame reserves the right to refuse, withhold or cancel any bonus at its absolute discretion where it reasonably believes an abuse of the promotion system has occurred.

09 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 1kgame platform — including slot games, live casino titles, RNG table games and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the specific rules of each game before wagering.

The following general gaming rules apply across all 1kgame products:

• RNG games: All computer-generated games on 1kgame use certified random number generation. Outcomes are statistically independent on every round and are not influenced by any previous result, player history or account status.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are managed by trained professional dealers operating from controlled studio environments. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1kgame platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended without notice, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating more than one 1kgame account under any name, identity or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-powered tools to interact with any part of the 1kgame platform, including placing bets, navigating games or exploiting game features.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.

• Using the 1kgame platform to launder money or conduct any activity that 1kgame reasonably believes may breach applicable anti-money laundering laws.

• Using any third-party payment method, fraudulent funds or stolen financial credentials to make deposits.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 1kgame staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access administrative or backend systems of the 1kgame platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

1kgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player community. The platform provides a suite of tools to assist players in managing their gaming behaviour. These tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap on your 1kgame account. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — an increase request requires a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur on 1kgame within a specified time period. Loss limits take effect immediately and cannot be reversed without a mandatory waiting period.

• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• 1kgame has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity in connection with the account.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period and has attempted to circumvent it by registering a new account.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1kgame reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in that account, including real-money funds, bonus balances and pending winnings. Where an account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified and undisputed balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations.

13 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, design elements, logos, trademarks, game assets, software, text and visual elements displayed on the 1kgame platform are the intellectual property of 1kgame or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1kgame platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or publicly displaying any part of the 1kgame platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any 1kgame software.
• Using 1kgame's trademarks, logos or brand name in any context without express written permission.
• Framing, scraping or creating derivative works based on any 1kgame content.

Any unauthorised use of 1kgame intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1kgame excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, merchantability, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

1kgame shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the 1kgame platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues or events beyond 1kgame's reasonable control.
• The loss of any bet or game session due to disconnection, device failure or browser incompatibility on the player's side.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors or failures in the processing of JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer transactions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 1kgame's maximum liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

15 Privacy and Data Protection
